Program Overview
The Umoyo Health Programs are founded on naturopathic detoxification principles. Hence they all place great emphasis on cleansing the body from accumulated wastes and toxins. This allows the body to regain balance and heal a lot more effectively, giving you the results you want quicker!
The underlying cleanse, included in each program, is achieved through daily Green Smoothies, Fresh Wheatgrass Juice, Cleansing Drinks, Intestinal Cleansing Herbs, Detox Salt Baths, Alkaline Water, Detox Enemas as well as daily sessions of Electromagnetic Therapy and unlimited use of the Circulation Machine and Inversion Table.
On top of this, each program includes its own unique combination of specific herbal and nutritional supplements.
You will also receive plenty of reading material and guidelines, helping you transition into a healthier diet and lifestyle after completing the program. Our qualified therapists will also be there every step of the way to support and encourage you!
Umoyo Health Programs are for a duration of 7 days (Monday - Sunday). You will be required to visit the Umoyo Health Centre every day to pick up your fresh drink/ therapy pack for that day. Before you can commence a program, you need to come in for an Initial Program Consultation. This is so that we can get to know you better and fully understand your health needs.
It also gives us an opportunity to fully explain the the specifics of the program that you have chosen so that you are fully prepared and have all your questions answered. The Initial Program Consultation can be booked any time and is included in the overal cost of your program.
Weight Loss Pro
Achieve safe and permanent weight loss. Not only will you lose weight during the program, but through cleansing and restoring balance, the program also sets your body up for continued weight loss afterwards. Particular areas of focus include balancing blood sugar, alkalizing tissues, increasing metabolism, correcting mineral deficiencies to curb cravings, and helping your body convert fat into energy. This is achieved through a 7 day Green Smoothie fast that is supported with several specially selected detox and weight loss supplements. Your program also includes daily sessions of Electromagnetic therapy, and unlimited use of the Inversion table and Circulation machine, with optional other therapies.
