Umoyo's #BeKind December Challenge
Objective: To cultivate a habit of kindness through simple, meaningful daily actions that positively impact oneself, others, and the environment, fostering a ripple effect of joy, compassion, and connection in the community by the end of December 2024.
Chalenge Overview: Week 1: Kindness to Yourself
Dec 1: Take a 10-minute morning mindfulness session.
Dec 2: Hydrate fully—drink at least 2 liters of water.
Dec 3: Write down three things you’re grateful for.
Dec 4: Try a healthy Umoyo snack or tea today.
Dec 5: Sleep 30 minutes earlier than usual.
Dec 6: Spend 15 minutes reading something inspiring.
Dec 7: Go for a nature walk or meditate in a quiet space.
Week 2: Kindness to Others
Dec 8: Compliment three people today.
Dec 9: Share your favorite healthy recipe with a friend.
Dec 10: Write a positive online review for a local business.
Dec 11: Volunteer or help someone in need for 30 minutes.
Dec 12: Call a loved one you haven’t spoken to in a while.
Dec 13: Surprise someone with a thoughtful note or message.
Dec 14: Share a small gift or token of appreciation with someone.
Week 3: Kindness to the Environment
Dec 15: Avoid single-use plastics for the day.
Dec 16: Pick up litter in your neighborhood or a local park.
