• Siphonochilus Aethiopicus – 150 mg
  • Traditionally used to relieve menstrual cramps, regulate hormonal imbalances, and ease menopausal symptoms like hot flushes.
• Aspalathus linearis (Rooibos Tea) – 550 mg
  • Rich in antioxidants, supports hormonal balance, and helps reduce inflammation.

• Daily Use: Drink 4 teabags daily for best results.

• Preparation:

  Boil water.

  Add 1 teabag to a cup of freshly boiled water.

  Allow to brew for 3 minutes.

  Drink while warm.

• Usage Limit: Do not drink Sela Women's Health Tea for more than 3 consecutive months. Discontinue for 2 weeks before resuming.
