DIRECTIONS/DOSAGE

Scalp Treatment:
Use the nozzle to apply oil directly onto a clean scalp.
Massage oil into the scalp using your fingertips.

Moisture Sealing:
After applying ManeTain Organics Avocado Butter Detangling Leave-In or Avocado Butter Curling Cream, rub a small amount of oil between your hands.
Apply from hair ends to roots to lock in moisture.

Hot Oil Treatment/Pre-Poo:
Warm the bottle in water or a microwave (avoid overheating).
Apply warm oil to the scalp and hair.
Cover with a cap for 30 minutes, then shampoo as usual.

Deep Conditioning:
Add a generous amount of oil to your conditioner.
Apply the mixture to hair after shampooing.
Leave on for 30 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
