Shipping Policy 

Estimated shipping times are provided as general guidelines and are subject to potential delays that may arise. Shipping fees are calculated during the checkout process based on various factors, including the shipping destination and chosen shipping method. 
 

Collection in town : Clients are to collect from the courier office in their respective town/city 

Doorstep Delivery : The couriers will deliver to your home/office/location, as long as it is note more than 6KM from centre the selected town/city for delivery.
 

For all orders shipped outside of Zambia, it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the products ordered are permitted for import into their country or territory. Umoyo Natural Health is not liable for any issues, delays, or confiscations resulting from customs regulations or import restrictions.
