• Use the tongue cleaner in the morning before breakfast, either before or after brushing your teeth.
• Hold the tongue cleaner by both ends and place the curved edge on the tongue.
• Gently scrape from the back to the front of the tongue. Avoid scraping too hard.
• Rinse the scraper between strokes if there is heavy accumulation.
• If gagging occurs, begin scraping slightly forward on the tongue.
• Rinse your mouth and the tongue cleaner after use.
