Directions/Dosage:
- Cooking:
- Soak chickpeas overnight.
- Discard the soaking water and simmer in fresh water for 1½–2 hours until tender.
- Sprouting:
- Rinse chickpeas thoroughly and soak overnight.
- Rinse and drain daily until sprouts appear.
