Directions/Dosage:

  • Cooking:
    • Soak chickpeas overnight.
    • Discard the soaking water and simmer in fresh water for 1½–2 hours until tender.
  • Sprouting:
    • Rinse chickpeas thoroughly and soak overnight.
    • Rinse and drain daily until sprouts appear.
