    • Zingiber officinale (Ginger): 120mg
    • Cinnamon: 120mg
    • Astragalus membranaceus: 40mg
    • Garcinia cambogia (60% extract): 40mg

    DIRECTIONS/DOSAGE

    Directions/Dosage:

    • Hot Tea: Add 1 teabag to freshly boiled water. Brew for 3 minutes. Optionally, add honey and lemon for taste.
    • Iced Tea: Brew 4 teabags in 750ml of boiling water, then add 250ml unsweetened peach juice. Serve over crushed ice. Makes 4 servings. Drink between meals as needed.
