• Adults: Add one heaped teaspoon (7.5g) or the contents of one 7.5g sachet to a large glass of water, stir well, and drink once a day on an empty stomach. If needed, dosage can be increased to 15g (two heaped teaspoons) per day.
• Children (6-12 years): Half a medicine measure daily.
• Patients on beta blockers, with renal failure, or on calcium- and potassium-free diets should consult their doctor before use.
