Usually made from ceramic, plastic, or stainless steel (product may vary—please check packaging).
DIRECTIONS/DOSAGE

Prepare a saline solution using distilled, sterile, or boiled and cooled water and non-iodized salt (½ teaspoon per 240ml water).

Lean over a sink, tilt your head sideways, and insert the spout into the upper nostril.

Allow the solution to flow through the nasal cavity and out the other nostril.

Repeat on the other side.

Clean the Neti Pot thoroughly after each use.
