DIRECTIONS/DOSAGE
For creamy polenta: Bring 4 cups (1 L) water or stock to a boil, stir in 1 cup (250 g) polenta slowly. Reduce heat, stir constantly, simmer for ~25 minutes until thickened.
For baked or grilled: Spread thick cooked polenta in a baking tin, cool until firm, slice and bake or grill as desired.
