Each 1.7g teabag contains:

• Aspalathus linearis (Rooibos Tea):

  • Traditionally used to relieve symptoms of colds and flu.
  • Contains natural antiviral and antibacterial properties.

• Hot Tea: Add 1 teabag to a cup of freshly boiled water. Allow to draw for 3 minutes. Drink while warm.
