100% Pure Lemongrass Essential Oil (Cymbopogon citratus), steam-distilled
DIRECTIONS/DOSAGE
- Bath: Add 5–10 drops to a warm bath. For sensitive skin, dilute in a teaspoon of carrier oil before adding.
- Massage: Mix 5–6 drops per 10ml of carrier oil and apply to the skin.
- Inhalation: Add 4–5 drops to a bowl of steaming water, cover your head with a towel, and inhale deeply.
- Diffuser/Burner: Add 3–6 drops to water in a burner or vaporizer to refresh the air.
