    DIRECTIONS/DOSAGE

    For Steaming:

    • Boil 8 cups of water.
    • Add 1 bag of herbs and let it steep for 10 minutes.
    • Relax and sit or stand over the steam for 10–20 minutes.
    • When done, rinse as needed.
       

    For Bathing:

    • Place 1 bag of herbs in a hot bath.
    • Relax in the bath for 10–20 minutes to allow the herbal benefits to absorb into your skin.

    Full Treatment Protocol: 10 bags (steam every 2–3 days for a total of 10 sessions).
